Hendershott Promoted to MEP Coordinator

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Michael Hendershott has been promoted to Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Coordinator. In his new role, Hendershott will interact with all aspects of the project team from Business Development through Operations to assure the best project results, specifically focused on the MEP Systems.

The newly-created MEP coordinator position allows Warfel Construction to provide focused attention on these critical systems and offer clients additional value-added services from concept through completion, assuring that they receive the highest quality projects.

A graduate of Conestoga Valley High School, Hendershott joined Warfel in June of 2015 as an estimator.

Hendershott lives in Lancaster with his wife Krista and children Connor and Delaney.

Lambert Promoted to Service Group Manager

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Steve Lambert has been promoted to Service Group Manager. In his new role, Lambert will be responsible for complete project oversight, coordination, schedule, and budget on a variety of projects throughout Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Warfel’s Service Group handles maintenance jobs, remodels, retrofits, additions and adaptive reuse. The Service Group is dedicated to finding cost-effective solutions to help clients with smaller project needs.

A graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, Lambert joined Warfel in 2006 as a carpenter. He is currently managing several projects, including Carmax – Langhorne, valued at $7 million.

Lambert lives in Centerville, PA with his wife Tiffany and son Cameron.
