Hoar Promoted to Superintendent

Warfel Construction Company is proud to announce that that John Hoar has been promoted to Superintendent. Currently, John is completing the final phase of the Masonic Village Warminster Renovation project (upgrades and minor renovations throughout the corridors and common areas). We sat down with John, a 21- year Warfel employee, to learn more about his time at Warfel.

Warfel Construction Company: Congratulations John! How long have you been working in the industry?

John Hoar: I have been working in the construction industry for 23 years.

WCC: Besides the renovations at Masonic Village Warminster, what are some of your most memorable projects at Warfel?

JH: Some of my most memorable jobs include Bucknell University, Paccar Parts, Mennonite Home, WCI partners, Messiah Village, Hillside Elementary, and Springhill Suites.

WCC: Where did you go to school?

JH: I graduated from Warwick High School.

WCC: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not on a Warfel jobsite?

JH: Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family outdoors.

Upon completion of the Masonic Village renovations, John’s next project will be at the ACTS Spring House campus, where the Warfel team will be completing an 18,000 square foot lobby and dining renovation.

Moul Promoted to Project Manager

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Aaron Moul has been promoted to Project Manager. In his new role, Moul will be responsible for complete project oversight, coordination, schedule, and budget on a variety of projects throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding states.

A graduate of Slippery Rock University, Moul joined Warfel in 2013 as a Business Development Associate. He transitioned to Warfel’s Project Management team in 2014 as a Project Engineer. He is currently managing several projects, including Masonic Village at Burlington cottage expansion, Masonic Village Sewickley clubhouse renovation, and The Hill at Whitemarsh exercise addition.

Moul lives in Conshohocken, PA with his fiancé Meagan.
