Peterson Promoted to Project Manager

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Luke Peterson, LEED AP, has been promoted to Project Manager. In his new role, Peterson will be responsible for complete project oversight, coordination, schedule, and budget.

A graduate of Bucknell University, Peterson joined Warfel in 2014 as a Project Engineer, following his work as an Operations Intern during his last semester of school. He is currently involved with several projects, including the Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, a $23 million 76,000 square foot behavioral health hospital located in Lancaster City.

Peterson lives in Lancaster, PA.

Warfel Welcomes Jerry Seitzinger as Senior Project Manager

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Jerry Seitzinger has joined Warfel as Senior Project Manager. In his role, Seitzinger will be responsible for complete project oversight, coordination, schedule, and budget on a variety of projects throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding states.

Seitzinger is a graduate of the University of Dayton. He comes to Warfel with more than 30 years of construction experience. He is currently managing several projects, including the Acts Cokesbury Village Clubhouse and Façade Renovations in Hockessin, Delaware.

Seitzinger lives in Collegeville, PA with his wife and children.
