Warfel Welcomes Senior Project Manager Jesse May

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Jesse May has joined the company as a Senior Project Manager. In his new role, May will be responsible for project oversight, budget, coordination, and schedule on a variety of projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

A graduate of Penn State University – Capitol College, May served as a Project Manager in the Lancaster area prior to joining Warfel, working on notable projects at Meadowood Senior Living and Garden Spot Village. May brings more than 20 years of experience with him to Warfel and is currently managing several projects, including a new Behavioral Health Hospital for Acadia Healthcare and Geisinger in Moosic, PA.

May lives in Palmyra, PA with his wife, Arissa, and their three children, Maelyn, Aiyla, and Solomon.

Warfel Welcomes New Project Superintendent

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce that Mike Sullivan has joined Warfel as a Project Superintendent. In his new role, Sullivan will be responsible for daily site oversite, project performance, job safety and quality control, and supervision of all field projects and trade contractors.

Sullivan comes to Warfel with 30 years of industry experience. He will be working on a wide variety of projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including Avenue Development’s new senior care facility in York, PA.

Sullivan lives in Fawn Grove, PA with his wife Deana and their children Michael and Daryan.

Warfel Welcomes New Project Executive Ramsey Sybel

Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce Ramsey Sybel has joined the company as Project Executive. In his new role, Sybel will be responsible for overseeing schedule, budget, team performance, and client satisfaction on a wide variety of projects.

Sybel brings 14 years of industry experience with him to Warfel. He is currently overseeing several projects, including Kendal Collington’s master planning project.

Sybel lives in East Petersburg, PA with his sons, Parker and Jaxson.
