Warfel Construction Welcomes a New Director: Matt Caplinger

Warfel Construction welcomes a new Director of Construction Services, Matt Caplinger, to the leadership team.

In his role, Caplinger oversees the daily operations of construction services teams. He said, “Over my career, I have completed large complex builds and smaller renovations in all environments. I am very excited to join a high-performing team and look forward to contributing to the Clients for Life mission.” His passion and dedication align perfectly with our commitment to excellence and long-term client satisfaction.

President of Warfel Construction, Conlan Swope said, “I am looking forward to Matt sharing his expertise to support achieving the goals of Warfel’s strategic plan.”

Meet Matt Caplinger

Caplinger joins Warfel with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, mainly in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) environment. Matt is passionate about ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget and delivering quality that exceeds customer expectations. Caplinger understands the importance of keeping Warfel’s Construction Services team ahead of technology and efficiency trends.

In his latest interview with Construction Dive, Caplinger talks with Construction Dive about the MEP space and his new role in a Q+A called AI-driven BIM shows promise to improve clash detection at Warfel.

Warfel Construction Announces Promotions

East Petersburg, PA – Warfel Construction is proud to announce the promotion of two key team members. Underscoring our commitment to personal and professional growth within the organization. Dylan Keller has been promoted to Director of People and Strategy, and Amber Schnader has advanced to Director of Project Management.

In his new role, Keller will lead Warfel’s human resources and IT teams, shaping strategy and driving innovation. He shared, “I’m excited to build on Warfel’s strong culture of supporting our people and providing innovative solutions to fulfill our Clients for Life mission.”

Schnader, now Director of Project Management, will enhance collaboration between internal and external teams to implement best project management practices. “I’m eager to advance our Project Management Department by applying efficiencies, leveraging new technologies, and expanding training and development. I look forward to supporting and growing our team,” said Schnader.

About Dylan Keller and Amber Schnader

A graduate of Temple University with a degree in Facilities Management, Keller joined Warfel in 2016 as a Field Engineer and most recently held the position of Director of Operations. He lives in York, PA, with his wife, Alexis, and son, Beckham.

Amber Schnader, a Bucknell University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, joined Warfel in 2011 and previously held the role of Senior Cost Manager. She resides in Reinholds, PA, with her husband, Travis, and their sons, Weston and Wyatt.
