Amber Schnader started working at Warfel in 2011, following her graduation from Bucknell University with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. She spent 3 years as a Project Engineer and was then promoted to her current position of Project Manager. She enjoys the satisfaction of finishing a building with her team and creating a happy Client. Amber also serves as Talent Development Manager at Warfel, focusing on mentorship, career paths, internal and external training, employee engagement, community outreach, cultural assessment processes for hiring, and internship and entry-level recruiting and management. Amber's favorite thing about working at Warfel is the close-knit culture, where employees all know each other on a personal level and are always willing to lend a helping hand to one another. At home, Amber spends time with her husband, Travis, their son, Weston, and their dog, Cole. They enjoy renovating their home and doing outdoor activities like gardening and hiking.
