Describe what you do at Warfel: In the morning, I take the trash out. Most days you have an agenda like demolition or framing. I do my best and make sure I finish what I’m doing before the end of the day.
Where did you go to high school? Pequea Valley
How long have you worked at Warfel? Since January 2020
What is your favorite part of your job? How completely safe the company is. I used to work for other companies and it’s completely different but here it’s number one.
What is your most exciting accomplishment? Probably this apprenticeship and trying to get to my journeyman license.
What advice do you have for high school students considering a career in construction? Try to start early. The earlier the better. The field is very big and there’s room to grow.
What advice would you give someone applying to Warfel? It’s a good company. Whatever you want to do you can do it here. Just show up and do what you’re told.
If you could switch jobs with someone, who would it be/what would you do? Probably coding.
What do you wish people knew about apprenticeship? Try to get in one as soon as possible, especially if you’re younger!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Hanging out, doing backflips. I’m a pretty chill, go with the flow kind of guy.
What’s a fun fact about you that we might not know? I’m really good at soccer!
