Warfel Construction Company recently began construction on a $21 million expansion project at the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill, Lafayette Hill, PA. The new 4-story, 96,000 square foot retirement living apartment building will connect to the facility’s existing health care center. The 60 apartment units range in size from 800 to 1,100 square feet and feature full kitchens and baths. The project also includes refacing the existing facade to incorpoate a consistent exterior throughout the campus. Designed by Lancaster- based RLPS Architects, the 14-month project is planned for an August 2015 completion. The project is being overseen by Warfel project manager, Conlan Swope, and superintendent, Phil Geyer, both of Lancaster.
