National Apprenticeship Week (NAW), now in its fifth year, is a nationwide celebration that gives businesses, communities, and educators the opportunity to showcase their apprenticeship programs and apprentices while providing valuable information to career seekers. We’re excited to highlight our talented apprentices who are working toward becoming the next generation of skilled carpenters at Warfel Construction.
Warfel apprentices are trained through a combination of Associated Builders and Contractors’ Apprenticeship Program and structured-on-the-job training. Apprentices work on multiple projects over the course of their four-year training program. They work under the supervision of an experienced craftsperson while working for Warfel Construction. They receive comprehensive training over the tenure of their study—offering the best, most effective way to ensure a highly trained and successful workforce.
Thank you to all of our dedicated apprentices for your hard work!
