Warfel Construction is pleased to announce Conlan Swope, LEED AP, has been promoted to Assistant Manager of Operations. Additionally, Dale Shenk has joined Warfel as a Senior Project Manager.
Swope joined Warfel in 2008 and most recently served as a Project Manager. In his new position, he will assist in managing the firm’s 60+ field employees and field operations including manpower needs, logistics, and quality control. He will continue to serve as Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects ranging from $1 to $25 million. Swope graduated from Solanco High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a LEED (Leadership in Environmental Energy and Design) Accredited Professional.
As Senior Project Manager, Shenk is responsible for managing a variety of projects and is currently overseeing the Brent L. Miller Jewelry Store construction in Lancaster, and a $7 million student housing project for the Perkiomen School in Pennsburg, PA. Shenk is a graduate of the Willow Street Vocational Carpentry Program.
