Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce several new members of the organization.
Tony Vilk, LEED AP, joined Warfel as a Project Manager. He is responsible for managing a variety of projects and is currently overseeing the renovations of the Manheim Pike Veterinarian Hospital in Lancaster and a $7.3 million science building expansion and renovation at the Westtown School in West Chester, PA. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Structural Design Construction Engineering Technology and currently resides in New Providence. He was most recently employed as a Project Manager with Wohlsen Construction. He is certified as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.
Joining the firm as Senior Project Manager, Jon Bubb is responsible for complete project oversight, coordination, schedule, and budget on projects ranging from $1 to $25 million dollars throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. He is currently managing a historic renovation of the Payne Gallery at Moravian College and a new campus for Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA. A resident of York, Bubb earned his Bachelor’s degree from York College and a Master’s degree from Penn State. He previously served as a Senior Project Manager at High Construction Company.
Bill Henderson, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, was brought on board to serve as the company’s Director of Information Technology. He is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and management of IT needs within the corporate office and at jobsite locations. A graduate of Millersville University and current Millersville resident, Henderson was formerly employed as a network administrator Walz, Deihm, Geisenberger, Bucklen & Tennis.
Filling a new position, Michael Eshleman joined Warfel as Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing the firms 60+ field employees and field operations including manpower needs, logistics, and quality control. He is a graduate of Temple University with an Associates in Architectural Design and Building Construction Technology. A resident of Cochranville, he was previously employed by Emory Hill and Company, New Castle, DE as Manager of Construction
