During the Design and Construction process, I had the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with personnel from Warfel, including estimators, project managers and engineers, superintendents, and foremen.  Each person in their role worked hard to achieve the best value for Kendal.  Before any shovels entered the ground, Warfel provided input and suggestions regarding materials, constructability, and life-cycle cost analyses, which helped BHH design the most cost-efficient cottages.

Your ability to listen to our concerns and develop quick responses to the ever changing needs of the project, to accommodate not only the clients needs but also those of other related prime contractors, code issues and a host of other demands in the most cost effective manner available, were second to none.

This program has been built on getting your boots dirty in the field and intimately showing you the details of high-quality construction. Our ability to instill this foundation in college interns is the reason that our new employees excel past others in the industry upon entering the industry full-time.
