The Cokesbury Village clubhouse facade and lobby revitalization in Hockessin, Delaware updated both interior and exterior areas of the main Clubhouse building. Crews sawcut and deconstructed existing cast concrete balcony walls to prepare for new construction. This process required careful alignment to maintain consistency across each elevation. In addition, the team restored balcony floors while installing new balcony walls, railings, and rainscreen cladding. These updates align exterior elements with the overall renovation while maintaining continuity across the building facade.
Interior Revitalization and Amenity Spaces
The imitative included updates to the lobby and amenity spaces within the Clubhouse. Crews replaced aging interior finishes to introduce updated materials throughout these areas.
