Crews sawcut and deconstructed existing cast concrete balcony walls to prepare for new construction. This process required careful alignment to maintain consistency across each elevation. In addition, the team restored balcony floors while installing new balcony walls, railings, and rainscreen cladding. These updates align exterior elements with the overall renovation while maintaining continuity across the building facade.
