The 101 North Queen redevelopment for Zamagias Properties transformed a vacant four-story structure in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania into a mixed-use destination. The building, which previously lacked windows and required significant updates, was revitalized to align with the surrounding urban environment, supporting a more active streetscape while introducing new opportunities for commercial and residential use. Mixed-Use Design at the 101 North Queen Redevelopment
The project introduces a mix of retail, office, and residential spaces within a single building. A Starbucks anchors the corner location, creating a visible and active presence at street level. The ground floor also includes space for additional retailers, restaurants, and service-based businesses. This layout supports a steady flow of activity while encouraging engagement throughout the day. The design creates a clear connection between the building and the surrounding streetscape while supporting consistent use.
Office and Commercial Space Integration
