This logistically challenging façade remodel encompassed thirteen villas, two apartment buildings, and the Nursing and Commons Building. Unique phasing schedules had to be created, as all residents remained in their homes while construction was in progress. Existing conditions did not match any available as-built drawings, requiring the team to adapt to any new discoveries they made during construction.
