The lobby and dining work set the tone for the larger renovation. Crews expanded the dining area through an addition and completed several food service upgrades. The refreshed dining spaces now include a deli, bistro with a pizza oven, bussing station, wait station, and take-out area. Meanwhile, the lobby gained a new celebration space, gift shop, and enlarged mailroom. These updates helped turn front-of-house areas into places that feel useful, welcoming, and connected to resident routines.

The kitchen received extensive renovations with state-of-the-art equipment, including a commercial dishwasher and kitchen hood system.
