Community Building Facade Renovations
The Community Building façade renovations at Masonic Village at Warminster updated the exterior to improve both appearance and function. The project focused on enhancing the building’s presence through new materials and architectural features. As a result, the work supports a more defined and welcoming arrival experience for residents and visitors. The upgrades also contribute to a more cohesive exterior while supporting long-term performance across the building.
Façade Renovations Design and Features
These façade renovations introduced several key exterior features that strengthen the overall design. Knotwood aluminum plank siding and pergolas contribute to a consistent and refined appearance across the façade. New aluminum storefront doors and windows improve both access and visibility at key entry points. A vaulted porte cochere creates a defined entrance while supporting covered access for daily use. In addition, a 25-foot cupola with painted windows and a stone clad chimney completes the roof design, reinforcing the building’s architectural identity.
Construction Process and Site Preparation
The project began with selective demolition of the existing carport, storefront, and sidewalks to prepare the site for improvements. The Warfel Construction Services team performed this work and repoured the updated surfaces to support the new exterior features. This phase allowed the team to transition efficiently into construction while maintaining a clear sequence of work. As a result, the new elements were integrated into the existing structure in an organized and intentional way.
Supporting Building Access and Exterior Improvements
Warfel completed these façade renovations to support both building function and daily use. The updated storefront and entry features improve accessibility while maintaining a consistent exterior design. Because of this, the building better supports operational needs while presenting a more welcoming appearance. The completed work reflects a balanced approach to exterior improvements, combining new materials with the existing structure to support long-term use. Additional refinements across the façade help reinforce a consistent and durable exterior.
