After a year-long preconstruction process and start delays due to COVID-19, this 20-month multi-phase project included extensive demolition to the existing community center, renovations to the space, and a new addition. A multitude of essential services and amenities are now provided to residents in the new building, including four different dining options, a 200-seat auditorium designed to accommodate several performance types, a new fitness center designed to enhance whole body wellness, an expanded library with a history studio, and much more.
