The Medical Center Patio & Outdoor Kitchen revitalized outdoor amenity space for residents at Rydal Park & Waters. Medical Center Patio Features and Resident Experience
The patio includes a pergola with a retractable canopy, lighting, and fans. These elements give the outdoor area flexibility for shade, comfort, and evening use. A substantial water feature adds a calmer focal point within the garden setting, while landscaping softens the surrounding patio areas. Together, these features create an outdoor space shaped around relaxation, shared time, and easy access for residents. By pairing garden views with covered seating and outdoor dining, the space feels useful without losing its softer campus character.
