A relocation of the firm’s corporate headquarters, this three-story LEED Silver Certified, Class-A office building has room to house more than 350 employees. A combined heat and power plant (CHP) that uses natural gas to simultaneously generate electricity and useful thermal energy was also constructed on the site. Warfel was involved from the conceptual design phase, and then throughout preconstruction and construction. A significant portion of our effort revolved around complex system coordination.
