The project upheld standard CarMax branding and layout features while aligning construction activities with site conditions. During this process, Warfel’s services coordinated the development of a new facility that includes a sales office, service area, and vehicle showroom. As a result, the completed building reflects a consistent layout that aligns with previously developed CarMax locations while maintaining continuity across spaces.
Site Development for the New Hagerstown Location
The New Hagerstown Location included extensive site work to support vehicle display and parking requirements. The paving layout incorporated 200 sales display spaces along with 100 spaces for customer and staff parking. This configuration required coordination between site grading, paving, and layout planning to maintain organization across the lot. In addition, the layout aligns vehicle circulation with designated areas while maintaining consistency with the overall site plan and facility access points.
