This project emerged from a clear and pressing need, as Piazza’s existing Volkswagen dealership building was being demolished and redeveloped. Recognizing the opportunity to repurpose an existing structure just down Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, PA, Piazza turned to Warfel Construction to transform the former SAAB dealership building, which had lain dormant and deteriorating for years, into a state-of-the-art Volkswagen dealership. We demolished much of the existing 3-layer brick exterior, installed a new car elevator, and added service bays to the second floor.
