The Reading CollegeTowne Redevelopment project marked Alvernia University’s first step toward establishing a presence in downtown Reading, Pennsylvania. Centered around a former five-story insurance building that had remained vacant for years, the project focused on transforming the structure into a showpiece for the university. Warfel served as the design-build contractor while assisting Alvernia University and RLPS Architects throughout the redevelopment effort.
