The Skilled & Memory Care Facility for Centre Care created a new care setting in State College, Pennsylvania. Across two and three stories, the building brings higher-level care, memory care, and short-term rehabilitation together. Each area serves a different need, while enhanced food service keeps meals close to patients and staff. Because care and daily routines overlap, the layout feels organized without becoming impersonal. Beyond clinical rooms, the facility includes spaces for treatment, gathering, reflection, personal care, and staff support. That mix keeps the building centered on the people using it each day.
Skilled & Memory Care Areas
The higher-level care area serves patients with complex medical conditions. Meanwhile, memory care and short-term rehabilitation support different levels of daily care.
