Sycamore Springs West Cottage Development Overview

The Sycamore Springs West cottage development at Garden Spot Village spans over 27 acres in New Holland, Pennsylvania. The project includes 50 cottages and four community buildings that support residential living and shared use. The layout creates a defined neighborhood while allowing flexibility across individual homes. As a result, the development supports both private living and access to shared spaces within the community. The overall plan also supports a consistent layout across the site while maintaining variety within individual residences.

West Cottage Development Design and Layout

This community includes a mix of homes that support a range of resident preferences and living styles. Each cottage offers multiple upgrade selections that allow residents to personalize their space. Options include finish selections, additional attic storage, and two kitchen layout configurations. Fireplaces and sunroom options provide additional features that enhance daily living. Because of this, the design supports both consistency across the development and flexibility within individual homes. The variety of options allows residents to tailor spaces to their needs while maintaining a unified community design.

Resident Selections and Customization

Residents completed all upgrade selections for the West cottage development using Warfel’s Virtual Design Modeler (VDM) software. This process allowed residents to review and adjust their selections before finalizing their choices. As a result, residents could make informed decisions while aligning their preferences with available options. The system also supported organization across multiple homes while maintaining clarity throughout the selection process. This approach helped streamline selections while supporting consistency across the project.

Community Buildings and Shared Spaces

The development includes four community buildings that support shared activities and daily interaction. These spaces provide areas for gathering while complementing the surrounding residential layout. As a result, the development supports both individual living and community engagement. The combination of cottages and shared buildings creates a balanced environment that supports a variety of resident needs. These shared spaces also reinforce connections between residents while supporting daily use.
