After a thorough preconstruction phase, the Villas at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury started construction in April 2022. The campus expansion adds 97 modern independent living apartments for residents, providing room for the growing community. Completed in early 2025, this project consisted of ten Villas, broken into two phases of five Villas each. Each building includes either nine or ten apartments, subgrade parking, an elevator, a community room, and resident storage.
We are proud to share that the Villas at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury was honored with the 2025 ABC Excellence in Construction Award by ABC of Metro Washington and ABC Virginia in the Commercial Project category for projects over $41 million. This recognition celebrates the exceptional quality, teamwork, and innovation that went into delivering this project for the community.
