After a thorough preconstruction phase, the Villas at SVWC started construction in April 2022. The campus expansion will add many modern independent living apartments for residents, providing room for the growing community. The project consists of ten Villas, broken into two phases of five Villas each. Each building includes either nine or ten apartments, subgrade parking, an elevator, a community room, and resident storage. Each will be a hub with all the amenities needed to help residents live retirement to the fullest every day.
