The hybrid homes project encompassed the comprehensive design and construction of two buildings that bring together the benefits of both cottage-style and apartment-style living amenities. They are the first of their kind on the Pleasant View campus and provided new ways for the community to connect. These units include multiple exterior walls bringing in natural light, open living spaces, garage parking, areas for social interaction in shared living spaces, and outdoor features like personal balconies and accessible roof terraces.
