This renovation project modernized the interior of the historic WGAL building and created versatile space for creative services. The scope encompassed a complete overhaul of the existing interior, including the demolition of drywall, ceilings, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. In addition to these renovations, the project also required careful rerouting of an extensive network of fiber optic cables and the relocation of various critical systems, including electrical panel distributions, roof leaders, and sanitary underground connections.
