From your due diligence to identifying potential buildings in Lancaster, and then honing in on and vetting the 349 West Market Street property, you understood our vision and took to heart what we were trying to accomplish. Although in definite need of some TLC, system, overhauls, as well as accessibility to all floors, your team saw the vision for what this old warehouse could become.

From the first day and throughout the entire construction project, safety and an efficient use of resources always seemed to be in the forefront of the project. Many Eurofins Lancaster Labs employees commented how quickly the project was moving, how organized the job site appeared, and how courteous Warfel employees and subcontractor were to them […] The project moved forward at a better than anticipated pace and with no disruption to the work schedule. In fact, the project was managed so efficiently that we ultimately had access, and therefore use of the building, two month earlier than anticipated at the start of construction.

I think what the RLPS team appreciated most was Warfel’s willingness to work hard with us through numerous cost cutting exercises. The end result was a high profile and highly visible commission that was completed on time, on budget and with exceptional workmanship!
