Warfel Construction provided us an exceptional experience. From the initial bid, to completion of the project, it has been very easy to work with all members of the Warfel team. We truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism while interacting with our residents and staff in their homes and work places.

From the get-go, your team informed us of the process, the time-line, the likely decision points and variables and, better yet, kept us informed throughout. Your team’s proactive approach to keeping us informed throughout the process was greatly appreciated […] From the members of your team that led it to the sub-contractors that were involved with it; from the stunningly orderly nature of the job site to the ongoing respect for the other business on our block; and from the handling of permits and approvals to the assistance with furniture, fixtures and equipment, the Warfel team delivered on all fronts and provided a seamless experience for us.

The single biggest contributing success to this project was the team that was assembled for the project beginning with preconstruction […] The team consisted of highly skilled professionals that treated this project, my team, and everyone involved with full respect and collaboration. This not only was extended from your direct employees but also included the sub-contractors you selected for this project. I never had a feeling that the interest of the owner wasn’t being carefully protected through each phase of this project.
