East Petersburg, PA – Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce that Amber Schnader has been promoted to Senior Cost Manager. In her new role, Schnader will be responsible for assisting project teams with establishing best-in-class cost controls, change management tracking, and job billing and back-up processes.
With the unpredictable ebb and flow of the current supply market, Warfel recognized a need to establish a rigorous cost management program. By engaging with Clients and developing an understanding of project and Client needs, Schnader will be in the unique position to work with project teams to balance uncertain project elements and mitigate their impact on cost and schedule.
“Amber’s initiative and drive to uphold Warfel’s Clients for Life mission is apparent in everything she does,” said Vice President Conlan Swope. “We are excited to see her grow in her new position.”
A graduate of Bucknell University, Schnader joined Warfel in 2011, most recently serving as Project Manager. She lives in Adamstown, PA with her family.
