There were many challenges, including many changes to the project scope by Aerzen, before and during the construction phase. These were always met with a willingness to work with us in order to find a way to accommodate our requests. We are very pleased with how the building turned out, and it has become a real showpiece for our commitment to our employees, our customers, and the environment. Being able to stay within our budget, ending with a building that surpassed expectations by our Management Team, and working with a great team of professionals on this project, surely made this a great experience for me and our company.

Warfel takes a very dynamic approach to team building. We are not just looking at availability but fit both internally and externally. Everyone has strengths that can be brought to the table regardless of experience level, and I feel like we do a great job of allowing personnel to use their strengths instead of trying to fit them into a mold.

One thing I love about Warfel is the healthy work-life balance. Leadership advocates for our overall well-being and encourages a culture of openness, taking care of yourself, and checking in with one another. It’s so motivating to feel valued and supported.
