Warfel Begins Work on Knowledge Park Renovation

Warfel Construction is pleased to partner with York College of Pennsylvania on a renovation that will transform a historic building in York, PA into an experiential learning facility named Knowledge Park. The building will incorporate classroom facilities with tenant spaces for local businesses, promoting a blend of classroom-based education with diverse, real-world learning experiences.

Located in a three-story warehouse that used to house the Schmidt & Ault Paper Co., the project scope consists of preparing the overall site for future tenant fit-outs and the construction of a new addition and student learning facilities.

Construction began in May 2022 and is set to reach substantial completion in July 2023.

Warfel is pleased to partner with RLPS Architects, C.S. Davidson, RGS Associates, JDB Engineering, and Susquehanna Real Estate on this project.
