On October 15, Warfel celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony at Holy Child School at Rosemont for the grand opening of the new Fitzgerald Performing Arts and Athletic Center. The new, 11,000 square foot structure is an addition to the school’s preexisting O’Neil Gymnasium, which underwent minor renovations during the construction process, and consists of an Arts Lobby connector, an indoor multipurpose facility(which will provide a more formal space for events such as assemblies and plays), and an outdoor multi-use sports venue. Accompanying the addition is a new turf field.
This historic expansion project nearly doubles the size of the existing campus. Substantial completion for the turf field was reached in September 2021 and the Performing Arts and Athletics Center in October 2021.
Warfel is proud to have partnered with WRT, LLC, Glackin Thomas Panzak, Inc., and SITE Engineering Concepts, LLC on this monumental project for Holy Child.
