Warfel Construction Company is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Winchester, Virginia.
“This is an extremely exciting time for Warfel Construction,” said Conlan Swope, Vice President of Operations. “We’re pressing into new markets, and we’re serving clients with cutting-edge technology and proven methods. I believe that if we stand firm in maintaining our ‘relationship first’ approach with our clients and others we meet, we’ll be successful in Virginia just as we have been in Pennsylvania.”
Serving clients from the firm’s Central and Eastern Pennsylvania locations, the Winchester location is the firm’s third office. The Virginia team will be supported by the firm’s technical staff based at the East Petersburg, PA headquarters.
“People deserve to be really excited about their construction projects,” said Project Executive Steve Davis. “A big part of that is the construction partner they are selecting. We’re excited to be able to take our expertise, our passion for their projects, and enthusiasm to see our clients be successful into new areas and new markets.
Davis will lead the firm’s expansion into Virginia, accompanied by Director of Preconstruction John Costalas.
