On May 20, Warfel Construction Company broke ground on Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury’s hybrid home villas. This 22-acre development consists of 97 independent living units spread across ten villas, complete with under-building parking and common areas for residents to enjoy.

The groundbreaking at SVWC marks Warfel’s first project under construction in Virginia, located a few minutes away from the firm’s new office in Winchester.

Warfel will be partnering with SFCS, HG Design Studio, and Greenway Engineering on this project.

Construction is scheduled to reach completion in September 2023.
