In 1911, Warfel Construction was founded on the roots of building and understanding the mastery of skilled carpentry. In today’s construction industry, many firms are taking a step back from traditional building, turning their focus from craftsmanship to management.
At Warfel, we take great pride in being an organization that is more than just a construction manager. Our capable team of carpenters, laborers and field management staff lead the way each day in hands-on work, and we are proud of that tradition of building. Our team excels at putting the finishing touches on our projects, leaving unique elements that our Clients see for decades after we leave. These touches include casework, running millwork, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors and complex hardware packages, to name a few.
I am so excited to see the next generation of skilled labor being groomed within Warfel. Currently, we have 18 apprentices on our team. I am proud to see these future carpenters training under the guidance of our experienced tradespeople on projects. As an organization, this is a key focus and we will continue to strive to find hard workers who want to learn the carpentry craft.
At Warfel, the art of building is not going anywhere. I am looking forward to staying true to our roots and passing this tradition on to future generations!
