The goal of our internship program is to set our students up for success both in the short-term for the summer and the longer-term as they focus on their future career path.

Preparation
Immersive orientation and pre-job training (to ensure you feel ready for your role on the project team)

Education
Responsibilities and assigned tasks to truly be a contributing member of the project team (apply your schooling, learn what it is like to work in the industry)

Contribution
Summer research topic with (end of summer) presentation on a topic that can positively impact the organization

Mentorship
1 on 1 assigned mentor to (ensure your questions get answered and) provide guidance throughout the summer

Relationships
Organized group activities and opportunities to connect with employees across the organization including senior management

Professional development through exposure to the “business environment” and an opportunity to refine communication and negotiation skills as you transition from student to professional
