Warfel Construction Company recently broke ground on a new $7 million student housing complex at The Perkiomen School located in Pennsburg, PA. The project includes the construction of two student housing buildings, each 14,700 square feet. The two-story buildings accommodate 16 dorm rooms, plus seven faculty rooms per building. Each building features a common kitchen area, several lounges, porches, and an exterior patio. A parking lot is also included. The Perkiomen School is a traditional coeducational college preparatory boarding and day school. It was founded in 1875.
Designed by The Spiezle Architectural Group of Trenton, NJ, the project is scheduled for completion in August 2014.
