A much-needed addition and renovation to the club’s kitchen and executive offices, the Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club project was of the utmost importance to this growing facility. The existing kitchen, used to serve hundred of guests during holidays, weddings and other events, was absolutely “bursting at the seams. Servers and staff frequently had to utilize freezers housed outside, as the existing kitchen was too small to accommodate the appliances.
This fast-tracked project, completed during the winter and early spring, was comprised of an addition and renovation of the existing facility. Despite permit and weather delays, Warfel and their trade partners worked hand-in-hand to deliver a best-in-class project two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the client to serve Easter dinner to nearly 1000 guests!s.
