Warfel consistently encouraged the trade contractors involved to commit to the project and its demanding deadline, which ultimately resulted in this fast-paced, phased project being completed as scheduled.

The Warfel team’s open communications and attention to detail coordinating with Pleasant View representatives and the design team resulted in a smooth and organized construction process. The work was accomplished while allowing community center functions in adjacent spaces to continue without interruption.

We are very happy with our working relationship with Warfel. Warfel managed our tenant fit out for an animal ER. They were competitively priced and easily maneuvered hurdles during the buildout to ensure that our project met the opening timeline. Throughout the project, they were easy to work with and great with communication. After completion of the project, we have continued to use their support for new projects within the hospital and maintenance of our building. They are professional and perform quality work.
