Sometimes going above and beyond in building Clients for Life means providing services ahead of the typical preconstruction process through Real Estate Development. We help our clients by identifying and procuring a quintessential commodity: the land or renovation-ready buildings required to achieve their project’s goals. We bring a meticulous attention to detail in helping clients identify all of their needs and expectations for their project, including their financial pro forma. Then we work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, attorneys, financial institutions and contractors to obtain the necessary documents, permits, and agreements.

Providing Real Estate Development services for our clients creates more opportunities to deliver extra value. With our understanding of the design and construction requirements of the project, we are able to provide true costs from land purchase through final construction. We can also provide tighter control over the schedule and timeline. In cases where clients want to lease, rather than own, the property we’ve identified, Warfel can assemble an investment group or structure an ownership agreement customized to our clients’ needs.
