The end result speaks for itself. The Aerzen USA expansion is a well built and crafted building which seamlessly merges with the original building. Warfel’s role from early planning charrettes through the final opening day ceremony was always as a team player sharing in our mutual goal of a successful building project meeting the design intent and Owner’s requirements.

There were many challenges, including many changes to the project scope by Aerzen, before and during the construction phase. These were always met with a willingness to work with us in order to find a way to accommodate our requests. We are very pleased with how the building turned out, and it has become a real showpiece for our commitment to our employees, our customers, and the environment. Being able to stay within our budget, ending with a building that surpassed expectations by our Management Team, and working with a great team of professionals on this project, surely made this a great experience for me and our company.

Their willingness to tackle changes in the project scope, additional requests and questions from our team displayed their dedication to assuring our satisfaction through every stage of the project.

When you renovate a building in an existing community it can be difficult to keep residents and employees out of the construction zone. The need to tour corporate folks, prospective residents and employees through the building seemed never ending…You never said No. Not once did I hear your staff complain about safety concerns, impact on schedule or “not the right time”… Instead, you welcomed the countless tours, hundreds of questions and endless stream of visitors. You worked very closely with my staff to keep everyone safe and make their tour a pleasurable experience.

“Clients For LIFE” there is no doubt that you truly mean what you say and that you have again proved it on this project. My thanks and the thanks of the employees and many, many residents that will live in that building go out to you and your team.
