Warfel’s internship program is quintessential for those who want to learn how to be true builders. This program has been built on getting your boots dirty in the field and intimately showing you the details of high-quality construction. Our ability to instill this foundation in college interns is the reason that our new employees excel past others in the industry upon entering the industry full-time.

We are very happy with our working relationship with Warfel. Warfel managed our tenant fit out for an animal ER. They were competitively priced and easily maneuvered hurdles during the buildout to ensure that our project met the opening timeline. Throughout the project, they were easy to work with and great with communication. After completion of the project, we have continued to use their support for new projects within the hospital and maintenance of our building. They are professional and perform quality work. As an owner of a busy 24 hour hospital, we are thankful to have their continued support and highly recommend this team.

There were many challenges, including many changes to the project scope by Aerzen, before and during the construction phase. These were always met with a willingness to work with us in order to find a way to accommodate our requests. We are very pleased with how the building turned out, and it has become a real showpiece for our commitment to our employees, our customers, and the environment. Being able to stay within our budget, ending with a building that surpassed expectations by our Management Team, and working with a great team of professionals on this project, surely made this a great experience for me and our company.

The Warfel team’s open communications and attention to detail coordinating with Pleasant View representatives and the design team resulted in a smooth and organized construction process. The work was accomplished while allowing community center functions in adjacent spaces to continue without interruption.
