Your team’s proactive approach to keeping us informed throughout the process was greatly appreciated […] From the members of your team that led it to the sub-contractors that were involved with it; from the stunningly orderly nature of the job site to the ongoing respect for the other business on our block; and from the handling of permits and approvals to the assistance with furniture, fixtures and equipment, the Warfel team delivered on all fronts and provided a seamless experience for us.

Input from all sides, transparency, and continual collaboration helped drive the project forward. Warfel consistently encouraged the trade contractors involved to commit to the project and its demanding deadline, which ultimately resulted in this fast-paced, phased project being completed as scheduled.

From your due diligence to identifying potential buildings in Lancaster, and then honing in on and vetting the 349 West Market Street property, you understood our vision and took to heart what we were trying to accomplish. Although in definite need of some TLC, system, overhauls, as well as accessibility to all floors, your team saw the vision for what this old warehouse could become.

When you renovate a building in an existing community it can be difficult to keep residents and employees out of the construction zone. The need to tour corporate folks, prospective residents and employees through the building seemed never ending…You never said No. Not once did I hear your staff complain about safety concerns, impact on schedule or “not the right time”… Instead, you welcomed the countless tours, hundreds of questions and endless stream of visitors. You worked very closely with my staff to keep everyone safe and make their tour a pleasurable experience.
