The end result speaks for itself. The Aerzen USA expansion is a well built and crafted building which seamlessly merges with the original building. Warfel’s role from early planning charrettes through the final opening day ceremony was always as a team player sharing in our mutual goal of a successful building project meeting the design intent and Owner’s requirements.

Their team was packed with talent and comprised of individuals that were separately focused on things such as project budgeting, general trades construction, mechanical systems, and product/materials submissions, to name a few. It was because of this group of dedicated people that we were able to execute a true “team” approach to the construction process. Their abilities allowed them to identify issues before they arose, solve problems in the field on the fly, and work in concert with the design team to ensure the best possible end-product was put forth in the final construction.

Your ability to listen to our concerns and develop quick responses to the ever changing needs of the project, to accommodate not only the clients needs but also those of other related prime contractors, code issues and a host of other demands in the most cost effective manner available, were second to none.

It is my belief, however, that the true strength of this company lies within the workers on the job site. It was an unexpected pleasure to get to know so many truly kind, caring people who were associated with our project. Not only did they care about the quality of their work, they showed a level of respect in the day-to-day interactions that, in my opinion, set them apart from others within their industry.
