When you renovate a building in an existing community it can be difficult to keep residents and employees out of the construction zone. The need to tour corporate folks, prospective residents and employees through the building seemed never ending…You never said No. Not once did I hear your staff complain about safety concerns, impact on schedule or “not the right time”… Instead, you welcomed the countless tours, hundreds of questions and endless stream of visitors. You worked very closely with my staff to keep everyone safe and make their tour a pleasurable experience.

Warfel takes a very dynamic approach to team building. We are not just looking at availability but fit both internally and externally. Everyone has strengths that can be brought to the table regardless of experience level, and I feel like we do a great job of allowing personnel to use their strengths instead of trying to fit them into a mold.

Your team members were great listeners and heard what was important to us – enabling us to achieve some of our wish list items, such as the solid wood lockers in the locker rooms.
