While 3D modeling and 4D visual scheduling is an important part of any construction project today, we take it a step further. We use VDC in conjunction with LEAN principles to eliminate waste of time, resources, and money, which ultimately reduces costs and adds value for our clients. It starts by using our BIM model as the top source of fact, from which all other data, information, visuals, and coordination are derived.
