It is my belief, however, that the true strength of this company lies within the workers on the job site. It was an unexpected pleasure to get to know so many truly kind, caring people who were associated with our project. Not only did they care about the quality of their work, they showed a level of respect in the day-to-day interactions that, in my opinion, set them apart from others within their industry.

One thing I love about Warfel is the healthy work-life balance. Leadership advocates for our overall well-being and encourages a culture of openness, taking care of yourself, and checking in with one another. It’s so motivating to feel valued and supported.

Their team was packed with talent and comprised of individuals that were separately focused on things such as project budgeting, general trades construction, mechanical systems, and product/materials submissions, to name a few. It was because of this group of dedicated people that we were able to execute a true “team” approach to the construction process. Their abilities allowed them to identify issues before they arose, solve problems in the field on the fly, and work in concert with the design team to ensure the best possible end-product was put forth in the final construction.

This was a complex construction project on a highly visible, small site with a very ambitious schedule. Despite many challenges with the combination of new construction and major renovation, your team turned the lovely new building over to the school right on-time so that classes could begin as promised. Furthermore, your team worked diligently on the budget throughout resulting in significant savings being returned to the school.

We valued Warfel’s input and collaboration with the design team to ensure we could meet our program goals within our budget and schedule. Your team members were great listeners and heard what was important to us – enabling us to achieve some of our wish list items, such as the solid wood lockers in the locker rooms.
