For nearly two years, Warfel was an active partner in the design, permitting and construction of these units. Your project team was constantly generating new ideas and asking probing questions to ensure the completeness of the design, and, once actual construction started, your team was active in managing and solving problems in the field, always while being mindful that they were working on a campus with 24/7 operations.

One thing I love about Warfel is the healthy work-life balance. Leadership advocates for our overall well-being and encourages a culture of openness, taking care of yourself, and checking in with one another. It’s so motivating to feel valued and supported.

Their team was packed with talent and comprised of individuals that were separately focused on things such as project budgeting, general trades construction, mechanical systems, and product/materials submissions, to name a few. It was because of this group of dedicated people that we were able to execute a true “team” approach to the construction process. Their abilities allowed them to identify issues before they arose, solve problems in the field on the fly, and work in concert with the design team to ensure the best possible end-product was put forth in the final construction.
